The Grayhawk Companies

The Grayhawk Companies are a collection of financial, risk management, administrative service and insurance companies that are dedicated to helping our clients maintain financial integrity. Each company or subsidiary was designed to create exact solutions for businesses of all types and sizes. Our mission is to protect our client’s balance sheet and help them make money – not just save or spend money on insurance and risk management.

Grayhawk is unique in that virtually every client we represent is serviced by multiple professionals within the Grayhawk Companies.  Although other firms may represent that there are multiple people servicing the risk, it is a reality at Grayhawk. Each of our clients will know Grayhawk’s executive officers because they are intimately involved in every client’s financial and risk management. More often than not, our President, Gary Johnson, will personally delivery the conceptual and final presentation.

Grayhawk is also distinctively different in it’s approach to selling an account. We are convinced that the traditional manner of selling financial and risk management products creates distrust, dishonesty, and greed from both the supplier and the buyer. Because of this we encourage prospective clients to request conceptual presentations from brokers and make a decision based upon service, value, and the chance for an on going business relationship. Price of services and premiums are important and must be addressed but can almost always be solved with reputable companies.
